Default water problem

got in my car the other morning was fine no problems

went into work for about 20mins to come back to a flooded saxo-

mmm couldnt understand where it was coming from - until i stuck my head nitrally on the floor to see water coming out on the plastic heater vents near the floor either side in the front of the car, so it oviosuly water coming through the heater matrix or some sort-
just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what you did to solve it thanks~

its a cracked pipe in the heater matrix, not too sure how to get to it though, check your engine water level if its empty then its defo that, keep an eye on your engine temp too because it will overheat faster than you can turn it off!!
