Rite- i wana stick this Exhaust trim onto my standard 1.1i so it looks slightly better then the old bent down rusty pea shooter i got there at the moment- theres a smal oval groove in the bumper. What work would have to be done to put this on? Any ideas?
Cheers Kiiiid!

LOL classic!

you could keep your eye out for a 2nd hand bacbox or system you can pick them cheap enough and if there stainless they shud be spot on! the trim would just clip on ova the exhaust tailpipe but would face down! could get the old saw out and cut the dropped bit might do the trick??

i would stick with the standard in my opinion tho till you can get your hands on a backbox

right found the pics

pics

i think they look well nice on base model saxos im not sure who they are made by someone on here will but think ive seen them in a mag like fast car etc from some company for around 100 pound. you could either do that or search for a vtr/vts kit! from that you would need front + bk bumper, side skirts and wheel arches and door panels! think thats the lot!

as for exhaust i dont think vtr/s exhaust will fit base model could be wrong i woukld say search for your exact car model and if buying 2nd hand make sure its stainless steel!

hope this is helpful

i dont think mods would be needed it would be made to fit the existing groove i would have thought! ive seen some pics of exhausts and dont look as if its been modded.

as for the paintwork i wouldnt have a clue but it will be expensive mate my guess would be over a grand but not sure by how much lol

have a look at this green desire! its v.nice could change ur mind

dont get a exhaust trim mate.it would point down anyway so a back box is your best bet.can pick up stainless steel ones pretty cheap especially universal fit ones.

as for the bumper being modified for the back box, depending what sort of back box you decide to get you may need the bumper to be modified which is not a big job it is literally cut out lol

the paint job would vary in cost but it would proberly be around or over the 1k mark.

hope that helps a little bit matey

welcome to sax-p by the way!
