Gearbox came away from engine..
My gearbox bolts came loose last night and the box came away from the engine. I tightened the bolts up and all is good except it makes an awful squeak when you start the car up.
Any ideas what this could be?

I was there it was a really high pitched noise. There was loads of oil. Didnt look healthy.
Also when the car is on it seems to run fine

can you not get someone to start it whilst your head in is the engine bay so you can actually identify which part/area the noise is coming from
that way people arent guessing at what is wrong

It doesnt need oil, checked that. Its gotta be the starter motor, it only makes the noise when i start it.
