Default how can u tell if ur cars cammed

i bought my vts last week and it has a realy lumpy idol and 1 of the rocker cover blots are missing? any way to see if its because its been cammed or mis treated lol ? cant double chek atm as its in a garage having bits sorted out

Take the rocker covers off and look for any markings/ codes on the cams.

idle could just be a fueling problem heard it tends to happen to a few saxos, as for been cammed if it goes like fook after 4k revs then probally but as above take cover off and see if there is any markings on the camshaft

The cams should be stammed somewhere i beleive matey
