HI,
I recently got a Citroen Saxo 1.1 , The user manual is in Finnish !! i couldnt understand a word , from where can i get an English usermanual ? is it available online for download? please help

No, walk into a dealership
Probably cheaper to buy a haynes manual as will cover everything you need anyways
