Default Lowering my car (1.1)

im going to be lowering my car with the Apex 35mm lowering kit from KAM(Havent ordered them yet)but i was just wondering what the ride is like with 35mm drop with a 1.1. I have 'R' alloys on and when i have someone or people in the back it rubs,(as i went out for a meal the other night and i had 5 people in the car and i had to stop and let some out as it was rubbing really bad(Bad times)so i need to take the inner arches out?? What other information or adjustments shall i need to do? Shall i go for 25mm or 35mm?

Cheers

Craig
