do it yours self mate, other wise get ready to be bent over... buy the haynes manual and have a go, ive done my own vtr for the last three belt and its cost the £12+vat for the belt each time..

i would of thought your looking at about an hour or twos labour depending on garage plus part.. im sure ive seen posts on here before do a search mate.

the belt is bout £20
and its near on 3 hours labour in the repair times manual.... so where i work ud get charged £100 +vat to do it!!!!

but if i done it privately id charge you £60 all in....

if you've not done something like this before dont try it!!!!
its harder to do then a vtr and you need special tool to tension the belt...
