Default 16v conversion

in the process of converting my 2000x reg 3 plug vtr to a single plug y reg vts, engine is in so gone abit to far to go back lol the interior plugs look very similar apart from 2 pins on the plug but i assumed that they would be for extras like a/c and eletric mirrors etc, so hoping that it will jus fire up but would any1 know if it will or would need to rewire the plugs?

cheers
