Default some audio and electrical problems please help!

hi this might be long winded and boring but please bare with me.

Iv'e just today installed a 1000w amp to power my 6x9's and in future my door speakers. The amp works perfectely, turnes on and you can hear music. im also running a 400w am as well for my sub box so that just trebble pays through the speakers and the bass through the sub box, btw tried all the crossovers, hi pass low pass, trebble on the current amp before getting a seperate amp and didnt work so needed a seperate amp.

However i drove around today to test the audio and when reversing and driving thier is a whaling noise through the speakers and it gets faster and faster when you accelerate. Iv'e heard ths is due to either having the speaker rca cables too close to the power cable or the ignition noise passes through the audio. this is my frst problem therefore which of the following should i do:

buy and install this:http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=33172

which is ment to get rid of ignition noise through your audio

or

move the speaker cables going to the amps to the other side of the car so there is no interfearance?

Problem 2

i installed a car alarm about a month ago and all was working, however du to a bigger amp i needed to upgrade in power cable. origionally i wired the power to the alarm box onto the power cable for the audio as a 12v feed, this worked, however when i did the same principle to the new cable it too worked however when i parked the car up and set the alarm it beeped and flashed as it does, then the alarm set off then stoped working so when i pressed the button to alarm it it didnt alarm and their is no chirp as usual. When i drove again the alarm went off but the siren didnt chirp and the indicators didnt flash but the alarm box made a continuous ticking noise, so when i got home i disconnected the power feed to the alarm box off the cable until i solve the issue, meaning im without an alarm

I didnt realise putting a new amp in caused so much hassle

Please plase help, i can imaging its easily fixed but not 100% sure how to solve it

Thanks guys

group loop should sort you out meht.
its just interfearence going through the cable. look around though, as i think you can get them cheaper.

cheers mate appreshiate that, where will i connect it? from the sterio rca side or the amp side? also ive got two rca outputs in use so 4 connections if i use it on one pair wil i still get interfearance or wont, if i will should o get a splitter so that the output on the isolator goes from a 1 and 1 to two and two meaning i can use the isolator on on both amps?

also what should i do about my aarm problem?

Thanks
