Default Driveshaft oil seals

My left shaft is getting swapped for a new one tommorow and the seal is brand new, only 50 or so miles old, but do you think its ok to put the new shaft in or will it leak? As I know they dont like being disturbed.

Cheers for any advice.

EDIT: Bollocks wrong section
