Talking Wheel respray

Got some Compomotive Mo's, in mint condition structure wise however previous owner has begun stripping the paint off to change the colour, two are still black however other two are bare alloy with bits of black still on, there is not a single curb mark on the wheels which i was amazed at, any ideas what i can do to sort these two untidy wheels?????

Any suggestions appreciated

Mark

£16 a wheel is well worth doing. £64 all in.
Usually costs around £50 a wheel

Even doing them yourself will probably cost more getting on £50 all in.
Due to the cos of primer and spray and lacquer and wet and dry etc.

Scuff up the original paint (no need to take them back to bare metal unless the oringial paint is flaking or heavily chipped). If you're changing from a dark to a light colour then spray a white base first then spray your top colour. Laquer if neded.
