Default Matte black!!

I need a method for cleaning and protecting my matte black saxo. I use the normal 2 bucket method with dodo juice 'born to be mild'. But what about protection? Could I use SRP or Dodo Juice Wax??

You cannot apply anything abrasive to a matt finish as it will start to polish it.

All you can do it apply waxes....never done it though to a matt finish. Personally i would call someone like CYC and ask first.

sweet. Yea I tested my boot lid out with SRP and it turned white. Gutted lol. Had to sand it down and add a fresh paint layer. So would any dodo juice wax work or would just a generic wax like turtle wax be better?

you have two buckets one with water in and one with water + your shampoo.

you dab the mit into th water one then into the shampoo one. wash a section of the car in a forward and backwards motion (not swearl). then rinse mit in the water bucket then dip it back into the shampoo and continue the process.

it is done so when you dip it in the water bucket the grit etc falls into that bucket and not back into the shampoo bucket.

its matte black...you want it to look good again, just paint the parts you want to look good, i.e stone chips on the bumper or bonnet, just paint them effected area.

its MATTE! it will dry flat and look like it enver happened!

well, this is becomming a popular thing to do now with saxo's . . . i think i need a new paint job tbh.
