Default indicators, hazards, electric windows and power steering

My indicators, hazards, electric windows and power steering dont work until i rev the engine what the hell is goin on!!!!! Any help with this wud be great Cheers

Alternator could be on it's way out?....does the battery light stay on at all? even dim...?

No it doesnt when i turn the key 1 click the battery light doesnt come on

it could be a fuse!

Wel ive taken out the fuses for the indicators and the hazards cos they had blown, buh the problem with revvin the engine to get everything workin still occurs buh if it is a fuse wud it be under the bonnet or the dashboard Thanks!
