Default removing side skirts?

Is it just a case of pushing the clips out and replacing with new ones?

If I remember correctly I think there are a number of screws or rivets on the under-side of the skirts as well, which are attached to the under-side of the car. Start from the rear of the car as the front end of the skirt is connected to the front wheel arch moulding, you may have to also take this off.
