Default Guide for droplinks

I did see a thread couple weeks ago showing with oucs how to tell if droplinks are screwed and how the chnage them but cant find it now for the life of me.. so could someone show me a guide thread or anything that would help me...

to change them its as easy as taking the wheel off, removing the old ones and fitting the new ones. they just unbolt at each end

Its the only verticle bar that connects to the strut to the ARB.

Theyre fucked if the rubbers split on them:
