Lightbulb rough estimate?

thinking of having the work my sax needs done by a garage for once, always done everything myself in the past so have no real idea of what they'd charge.
at the mo i just seem to have lost all go, willingness n interest...
i imagine i'll be sourcing parts from the local motor factor so should just be labour...
i'll scribble up a list and if anyone has a rough idea of cost feel free to enlighten me. ta.

discs n pads all round
gearbox
linkages
hand break cables
clutch
strut top mounts
track rods
a damn good service...
maybe injectors at some point in the near future too...

im sure ive forgotten something... the list isnt quite long enough...

if its a good garage i would of thought all that could be done in 8-9 hours,
going on £30-£35 an hour your looking at atleast £280-£320.
surely you can do discs and pads, handbrake cable and track rod ends yourself, then get the garage to do gearbox, clutch and linkages in one hit and just do the tracking for you. would save loads of dollars that way
