Important! : valeo alarm on my saxo help

hi just got my saxo vtr i have an alarm issue and hope someone can help i have no central locking no lights at all inside and my normal back lights dont work but front lights do back brake lights do if i put the fuse in the central locking works cd player and the air bag light flashes but so does the hazards and the l.e.d for the alarm theyve only taken the siren off hope someone can help me thru this problem thanks

please help its confusing me theres wires all over does anyone have maybe a wireing diagram or know how to disconect all the alarm for once and for all and get my back lights working i dont know what fuse is for what apart from the 1 that is alreadi out for cd player central locking and things but back lights dont come on with the fuse in or the dash board lights
