Central Lockingnot working

So my central locking doesn't work- well the passenger side won't unlock from me opening my door (depinned passenger door)

Wirings fine as the door locks when i lock my side, but it stays locked when i try to unlock.

Friend reckons its a burnt out motor, is he right? and how do i fix it (like taking out existing and replacing)
