Exclamation Help! Clicking noise.

Hello! I've got a problem whilst camping in sunny Wales. Basically when I'm driving everything is fine but when I boot it in gear sometimes when I put the clutch down there is just one kinda click noise, or a tap. It's just one and it only does it sometimes. Does this sound like something serious or does it just sound like a French car? It's like a metallic noise, and it's coming from the engine bay. It isn't when I put the clutch down it's just when I let off the throttle, i parked up and revved the engine but there was nothing, hence why I think it's something loose! Thanks a million in advance and thanks will be given

It's just slack in the drivetrain (cv joints mostly) plus engine movement due to aging mounts. Jack car up, put in gear and see how much you can turn the wheel left and right, there will be some play which is normal for the saxo so don't worry - but that play makes the noise as you come off the power.
