yes, same as cyclones and vts wheels, most larger tyre centres and all peugeot and citroen garages that have a wheel balancer can do it.

The centres are solid thats why some garages can't do them

^^^ this.
Some places do it and some places don't. I had that problem last time I had some new tyres. I had to go elsewhere. Don't go to peugeot/citroen as they will charge you more. ATS garages are usually able to do that sort of wheel.

You're more likely to lose it in the next wet curve. More fuel consumption, more tyre wear, bad on your suspension etc. I wouldn't even chance it to be honest. Go and try going above 55-60 on all unbalanced 4, the car simply is not safe to drive.

Depends how out of balance the tyres actually are, you could be lucky and theyre only 5/10gram out so wont feel it untill 80ish which will be fine.
But if theyre 30gram out or whatever then youll get harsh vibrations, which will then put wear on bushes mounts, ball joints etc.
