Default Car fires but cuts out straight away :S

Hi, i own a citroen saxo vts 16v. I started it the other day in gear by accident so the car bumped forward and stalled. I went to start the car again but all it did was turn over. I then went under the bonnet and pressed the fuel reset button and tried again. This time the car fired but then cut out immediately. This is all it seems to do from now on. I have tried a different coil pack but no difference. I was wondering what sort of tests i could do to diagnose the problem? I have been told it could possibly be the crackshaft sensor?
