Default Engine conversionn (Advice)

Hi everyone basically at the moment i have a 51 plate vtr on 68thousand miles, and im looking to do an s conversion i have mechanical knowledge and can do most things to cars etc, i have a full donor car which is a 2000plate vts on 68thousand miles which i know is single plug ecu and mines 3 plug etc

What would i need to do to do the conversion properly?

a mate of mine said to remove engine, engine loom, and interior loom from both cars and swap them over and just swap the fuel lines.would this be ok as i want all my clocks working how they should etc thanks alot any advice on doing the conversion would be great or if anyone had problems doing theres etc

or8t mate, the wregs is bit of a pain in the ass tbh with you, myn when like this.... w reg vtr, late mk1 enegine single plug silver top, mk2 interia loom, if you look at your plugs down near battery where engine loom connects to the interia loom and there the same you dont need to change the interia loom just the engine loom, yes you will also need to rig up a fuel return line then thts it reali mate, where abouts r u? if your close can give u a hand
