Hi,

Which scratch remover do you recomend????
Would like to get one from Halford's as it's the only motor shop close to me.

For surface scratches, can polish most of them out, not too sure what products halfords sell, as i never buy from them, i use mostly autoglym, can get some cheap off ebay

From halfords you can use either...

Meguiars ScratchX

AG Paint Renovator.


Once the scratch has been removed you should go over the top with a fine polish such as AG SRP to refine the surface and then add some wax for protection.

no, dont bother mate. Just use something like Meguiars scratch x remover, its readily available in halfords along with BOGOF deals.

Use Microfibre Cloths.......you can also get them from halfords if thats necessary.
