Not being funny, but there is a plaque. So it probably is a 'Limited Edition' but it's not by Citroen. It's probably no better than any other VTS on PH either and certainly won't be worth 4k... But you can't really say he's lying about it being 1 of a Limited Number of car's that were played with by LAD.
EDIT: Won't be 170bhp either lol.

They are actually real limited editions (albeit not directly from Citroen) but from LAD. I guess you can't really call them limited editions though if they aren't directly from the manufacturer?
Anyhow, 170bhp is a joke, it would be lucky to have 120.. As for the power figures, it is pretty simple. Anywhere with a dynometer can create their own power figures. Its possible for a VTS to have any power figure you want if you configure the dyno it the way you want it. We got a printout of my VTR with 647bhp once LOL.
