Default leak =[

I have a bit of a leak in my car =[

im pretty sure it coming in through here..

and it sometimes runs down the inside of the windscreen and out of the little alarm thingy or whatever it is on the pillar..

Anyone know the best way to get around this or is it a case of using silicon sealant??

Take the roof lining off, pour some water over the area and see if you can see where it is coming in from, then silicone it up

i would say check out the sunroof first, the pipes might be blocked or split. I also think the pipe runs down were you have the leak. I would get a air compressor and blow all the dirt out of the pipes if you can, or use the search function to see what other members have done

That picture is of the two black strips that run down either side of the roof right?
Dont think the water would get in there and into the interior.

Like everyone else has said, there have been countless "leaky sunroof" threads.
I'm sure someone did a guide to taking it apart awhile back.

sit in the car and get a mate to pour a jug of water on the sunroof.
Wear a coat
