Default HELP!!

Hiya peeps,

Just bought my first Saxo about 2 weeks ago. It was a risk as it was a cat C, but it sailed through the MOT (bar having to buy a new headlamp) and the VIC test, so I was over the moon.

Yesterday I wanted to drive off, but it made a horrendous scraping sound, so I thought WTF?!

When I took a look at what was causing it I saw that the bumper was scraping on the tyre (on the right), so what the hell caused that? Is the suspension broken or what? If so, how could that just happen like that, as I've hardly driven it after the MOT...??

And if it is the suspension, will that be expensive to have fixed? Please advise....

PS. It's a Desire 1.1 petrol, if that makes a difference...

ont drive it!
Is the car sitting lower on that corner?
If so it sounds to me like a spring has snapped, this isa common problem on a few cars.
Not that expensive to fix. Just fit a new pair of springs.
