i have a front bumper (standard size) needing spraying, are there any guides or can anybody talk me through it? is it just a matter of rubbing down, a pinch of primer, lick of paint and sum laquer? do i need any special tools?

I've done wheels before

yeh mask off any areas you dont want sprayed rub down to the max and use a fine grit paper to get it smooth. a few coats of primer leave for an hour or however long then i usually do around 4 - 6 coats of colour spray but depends really. leave for at least a couple of hours and then one thin layer of laquer as it is very thin and runs alot. Then leave over night
