I would of thought so,
Just take it easy on corners, and especially roundabouts.
Because obviously its not going to handle as well.

also before forking out on a new pump to be fitted, check to see if your blower and heated rear window are working, it could be a common problem

People may laugh,
but that is probably the best way to fix it.

PM mandyslover70 for a cheap pump don't fork out for a new one.
When you can pay less for the same thing.

Just whack it with a hammer before you set out. I did it to mine for about 1 year. But a long term fix would be replacement pump yes.

Don't drive it without powersteering as a bump can free up the motor causing the p.s to work again. That's no problem on straight roads but when it happens round a corner you'll shit a brick.

Tell him you don't want the one from P898TMB as he's stripped my car and the p/s was faulty!
