Avoid selling this plank anything!
He messed about paying for a pair of headlights, barted to get some freebies with them and when he did eventually receive the headlights (which were sent in good condition) said they were in bad condition with scratches and a clip broken.
Being a fair person I offered to refund them if returned in the same condition they were sent, received them this weekend and one of them is smashed!
I've asked the guy to supply the PO details to make a claim, then I would refund the difference (leaving me out of pocket with a pair of headlights I can't sell) but instead he has gone straight to paypal and they are refunding him!
Why some people can't just resolve things without playing the victim I have no idea.
And paypal can just gtf........

Bad news Craig
99% of the time paypal favour the buyer, not realising that the seller loses out
Take some pics of the damaged lights mate, send them to paypal. May not work, but got Jordy a 50% split. Better than nothing, no harm in trying either

I've already taken pics Sam and sent them to the buyer but he is now accusing me of smashing them so I didn't have to refund him!
I've asked for tracking details so we can make a claim with the post office but he's now saying I should claim from when I sent them!
He messaged me (can be seen in my wall) saying they were scratched and a clip broken, but when I got them back they were physically broken in the box!

Send the pics to paypal mate, along with postage details from your side. That way he will have to put his return details up too (paypal will ask for them), that way you can see them. If he refuses, paypal will favour you. If he does it, you get the details for the claim

I will not get a refund thyough will I? I'll end up back where I started but witha set of lights that were easily worth 60 quid now worth nothing.
Tbh I wouldn't have been too bothered about the £50. I'd drink £50 of brandy so I could piss on you, but the fact you are making me out to be a liar via PM and to paypal just disgusts me

My point is they were sent EXACTLY as descibed in the ad. You pissed about and then sent me them back and they got damaged ON THE WAY BACK TO ME. I've asked you to supply details/make a claim from the PO but you have point blank refused

haha they werent mate and they were damaged when they arrived at my house. and i have no point blank refused to give you details. ive told you. they were damaged when arrived at mines and you can claim from when you sent them.
last comment on here mate. both want our money understandable but theres no need for making a thread trying to make out im a cunt. when all i want is my money.
so if you want to sort it out stick to the pm's if not ill no reply and will just wait on my refund mate as this is blown way out of proportion mate.

You have said last post about 5 times now. Lol.
Why try and bribe him with the tracking number?
Why not just give him the details that are needed to make the relevant claim?
All you are doing is making yourself look a complete c*ck mate
Give the details needed, that will speed up the process. Help yourself out.

Are you sure he sent yours back? He could have sent his broken one and kept yours...
