Default What are the expected gains?? anyone??

I am looking to put a few mods on my vtr (01+) this week having some last minute doubts as if the mods are going to be worthwhile in getting gains..

1. Magnex Back Box
2. Miltek 4-2-1 manifold
3. Bmc carbon induction kit

What kind of performance gains can i expect to get??

Thanks

you will see the best gains from replacing the manifold as your cat sits in the downpipe!

but yeh deff get a full magnex system you wont see gains from just a backbox!

dont forget these are only breathing modds your putting on!
