Default VTS suspensions help?

Hi, ive recently replaced most of the front suspension on my 2000 Saxo VTS 16v such as, the ARB, wishbones, drive shaft and also the top mounts. However when i turn the steering to either left or right, there seems to be a clunking noise. Is there anyone who knows what may be the cause of this problem?

I would also like to change the springs on my VTS so would it be advisable to change to another set of standard springs or coilovers?

Thanks in advance.
