Protein - need no farting formula
Ive been on whey for ages and it really fucks my stomach up, i work in a massive office so its quite a problem smelling like fart all day, should I be taking lactose free, soya protein instead???

I want a protein company to start a 'fart free formula' protein. Just sounds funny!
I really dont know why it makes everyone gassy. Maybe do some research first to find out which part of your diet is most likely to cause it and try cutting it out.

Do you usually neck the shake, drink it fast ? If you do this can cause intestinal air bubbles which will add to gas build up. Try sipping it slowly, see if this makes a difference

I use Reflex and it doesn't do that to me, starting to taste like shit after 2 months now though.....

chocolate reflex is fucking nasty. Try USN muscle fuel STS... its got more carbs but exactly the same thing as reflex give or take a few little things. I just cant hack the reflex!

ahaaa ^^ i have no sence of smell so i use it to my advantage its not all bad when the house is smelling like shit and i have no idea what there all complainin about  i spoke to my mate about this he take his protien shake then has a litre of apple juice after can get 3litres for about 2quid and within an hour he lost everythin inside on the toilet and no more farting ahah

your bowl smells because there are toxic... toxic bowl syndrome.... its simple. you are what you eat.... so drink good quality water, eat life giving foods. nuts seeds, fruit veg, meat, fish, pulses etc that are from organic sources that are right for your metabolic type - (google metabolic typing)
i bet you have interupted sleep, poor concentration, skin complaints or energy highs and lows? this would be due to your body trying to fight off the toxic environemnt you have made it live in....
soya products look into how that food is made and the health warnings on the products.....
