i went skiing once and tore a ligament, so i started snowboarding and it was amazing, its like a skateboard but you cant jump off lol, i go to Zel am zee in austria, its so nice round there and there lots of women the beers good 2 coz it will never warm up and if you dont think its cold enough just put it in the snow, as for price, it depends what u wanna do there, lessons can be dear but i do recomend them jsut to get you going, there s right good laugh and it will be alot safer, then you just go on the piest on your own after you've learnt how to go.

ive paid 400 for a weeks holiday, thats including everything, like ski hire and ski pass as well as hotel, transfer and flights.
Its well worth it, its one thing you have to do mate in your life, nothing like flying down the mountain snow all over and nice and sunny!
Ive been to france and italy - both very good, but ive heard about bulgaria being a good place to go, and as its newish to skiing its ment to be alot cheaper
Its well worth gettin around 5/10 lessons before you go to get some experience, i only had one before i went, but luckily i was a natural and just picked it up straight away
Just dont think about how much the holiday costs you as its a holiday you will not forget

yup I go every now and again. First time was ace... you'll pick it up in an hour and you'll be doing good runs by the end of the day, then it's just progressing on the faster runs after that.
I flucking loved it.
I would recommend (if you can afford - it was a one off for me btw)
Sunday River - Maine - America
They have snow machines that make the perrrrrfect snow and is is great for learning... also american lasses lurve the english accent.
:Y:
Austria was ok but not in same league to be honest
Hope you do go skiing because it is great fun dude :Y:

depends where you go, for when the best snow/season is going to be. usually as a guide the more expensive periods are the ones with the better slope conditions

Id go around feburary, ive been in jan and there wasnt much snow - thank god for snow machines
i went to andalo in italy it was amazing, great for beginers and experienced skiiers.
I wouldnt go all inclusive really, cos if your like me you will never be in the hotel!
Just make sure the price includes ski pass and ski hire, as those alone could be 100 each onto the price
Ad how much is it for america? ive been tempted i know it will be expensive but i want to ski all over and never in the same place twice! hopefully get more chances in the navy

It was alot mate...
I flew from Manchester to Chicago
then Chicago to Boston
Then the mother of all bus trips to Maine.
With American Airlines but there are cheaper alternatives and I went in febuary too.
This was a couple of years ago now, but i reckon most of what I paid will apply today

cost depends on where you go.
Cheap places tend to be the other side of the vally of the expensive places. e.g. Les Arces, cheap, Val Thorenes, Expensive
