Default Overheating - Please Help

Hi im having problems with my car overheating. It doesn't take long to get up to temperature and once there it sits between a bit above half way and 3/4 on the dial, then the fan kicks in. Once running its never below this.
Im not sure what the problem is and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as im worried i blow my head gasket or something =/
Any help would be much appreciated, cheers

I had the same problem...
I changed the temo, bleeded the system and the coolant sensor.

After all that the temp just sat below 3/4 and fan kicked in a bit more eailer.

Could just be a airlock.
