Default vtr alternator belt vts

are they the same?

im planning to run a vtr alternator setup on a 16v engine.

should i use vtr or vts??

i dont think they are the same im sure vts is pk5 code not sure on vtr take it off and measure it

The belts are different lengths..

U can use both vtr or VTS alternators with the VTS belt.

I'm running vtr alternator setup on a vts though. I won't be running a tensioner

Like vtr setup.
So will need vtr belt. Cheers

With no tensioner I suppose u could use a vtr belt...

Don`t forget the vtr alternator pulley & the vts pulley are different.The vts 1 has a rubber insert(why i`m not sure)just thought i`d mention it.
