What is actually needed?

To start off doing some small clubman rally's? The type they run on old airstrips and army camps etc?

Obviously things like in date FIA roll cage / Seats / harness'

But what else? Fire extinguishers? I can't be bothered reading through the whole "blue book", was hoping someone on here would have an idea of what is needed, and what modifications are allowed for say the 1400cc class?
