Exclamation Door Issue

Got an issue with my passenger door and have had it for about a year now so was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the potential issue?

Every time I close it, it bounces back, like it doesn't latch to anything, and the lock doesn't lock or unlock from the outside, only by pulling or pushing down the pin from the inside...
If I pull the door card really hard from the inside it will actually close properly...

What could the issue be?

Try lifting the door as you close it, if it closes ok like this then it's a fair chance it's dropped on it's hinges. Grab the bottom of the door in both hands and pull up, if this doesn't do it enough then you'll need two pieces of 4x2, one goes under the meaty part of the door bottom (not the edge) the other goes to the sill, lift into it and try the fit, keep doing this until it's lifted enough to close properly.

Check and grease your lock if it's not the above.
