The law changed today that if you havnt already passed your test you have to wait until 20 years old or 2 years driving experience as a provisional. Sorry mate.

nah like, i did my bike test, and i sent it off to get it made pink, and it came back with no catagory on it.
so i sent it off again saying where are my catagories, i have a full license.
and got it back with a car and bike on it. although it says i should be on a restricted license ( which i am not bastards) i couldnt care. its pink with two full catagories lol.
