Hi lads,

After walking back on my lunch today I noticed a supplement shop which I have never seen and had a quick look in there and noticed this stuff...

Due to being on keto I need no/low carbs and this fits that description so I am tempted to get some tommorow...

Anybody have any experience? The write up seems good but can't find any legitimate reviews etc..

As I had a tenner on me I bought one of these as my old shaker is a bit damaged from me dropping it etc so thought why not...seems decent for a tenner...

Only when I got to the checkout he charged me £5 and chucked in a pre and post workout sample in for free which where worth £5.. which I will save as they are high in carbs

So I signed up for a card, as it's so close to work and seems pretty decent place!!!
