Default Main headlamp beam problem

Basically the drivers side Dipped beam doesn't work everything else is fine in the headlight and all bulbs work in the passenger side head lamp, I've swapped bulbs and it's not that and checked fuses in car and they also are fine, is there any fuses to do with the lights under the bonnet? The head lights I have are angel eyes mk2 . It was ok until I fitted them, I've wiggeld the wires ect and it came on for a split second and I've not managed to get it to come on since, any ideas of any tests I can run ect to solve this as I'm driving around now with 1 dipped beam, thanks in advance

I had this problem recently. I removed the fuse from the engine bay fusebox and put it back in, and it worked. Same fuse, not a replacement.
