Default Stuttering While accelerating

Just wondering if any one can help me?

I got my Saxo East coast today and it was driving fine for about 2 hours, but then i parked up and went to tesco and when i set off again about 10 minuets later i got quite a lot of Stuttering While accelerating it seemed to be stop when i only very lightly pressed on the gas pedal and then the stuttering would go away till i slowed down and set off again.

Any ideas what this could be please

The cars done close to 70k and has been checked regularly

Thanks in Advance.

Could be the first signs of a miss-fire due to fowled or worn spark plugs / faulty coil pack, or it could just be a sensor e.g Map sensor. Is the engine management light on?
