The list is endless for boost parts if doing it properly.
Thats hardly anything imo, yes you may have the MAIN parts in that list but there is so many other parts you need. There is a thread of the parts needed that wasnt done too long ago.

Can depend on what parts you use, etc. id budget alot more than that just incase but only you can decide how far you want to go and how much you spend on stuff. A good boost setup will cost well over 5k.

a new fpr? im sure the standard one will be fine...
you need a headgasket set and cambelt. MAP sensor, silicone hose, boost pipe, do the hard shit first mate. like sort the oil drain out. fit a manual boost controller.
id concentrate on refitting the head with decomp, new cambelt kit, injectors, check condition of water pump. if fucked replace.
get the loom fitted. get the ecu mounted/fitted. fit inlet.
whip sump off and get that drilled/welded for the oil drain, get it back on.
if you plan to run an oil cooler+remote filter. plumb in/mount cooler etc.
put the mani and turbo on, make sure your downpipe fits and get it all connected up. fit the oil feed/oil drain line. then id mount intercooler, and plumb the boost pipe in, dv, vaccum hoses, map sensor, radiator etc.
in pretty much that order. i could get most the parts you still need for well under a grand mate lol. 5 k is forgies etc.
