Default vtr kit

Hi i have jsut got a mk1 eastcoast and i have a mk2 vtr i just wanted to know if i will have to cut the back arches to make the vtr kit fit on my eastcost as my vtr is off the road as faild mot big time

Yes you will have to cut away the back arches to make the vt rear arch fit properly

do you have to do any welding after you cut them or not.?

Nope no welding required, after you would either drill wholes for the rear vt arch clip to go into or just bond it on, but yeah take a read of the guide

I have kjust put a vts kit on my 1.1 was a struggle but worth it, I found best thing to do was use the clips but also bond it on aswell so you know that it should deffinatly stay on gives a bit resasurance

make sure you paint the cut edge with etch primer after its cut or it will be rusted in no time.
