I have the vts 5 gear i know its fastish car...is it normal for it to judder in 4th gear around 30mph when i take my foot off accelerator ??? If i drop it to 3rd its fine but im use to driving slower in higher gears to save petrol is this a fault or normalish ???

you should be alright, but don't do it ever on a cold engine. I do the same, and on warm I can go 5th on a flat road and pretty much drive at 1.100 revs.

Then feather the throttle between little to no gas when doing so or it will judder/bog down every time.
