The Challenge
I spoke to Westy the other day and set him a challenge.
There are 5weeks and 3 days now before TRAX, and i'm outta shape!
currently 12st 8 ounces or 80 KG
5'8" just,
and have a circumference of 99cm around my navel.
My challenge to him was to help me
1. change my body shape
and 2. lose as much weight as healthily possible (ideally up to a stone)
I'm willing to change my diet change my gym routines and dust off the old bike.
So we'll see what he comes up with. He has accepted by the way and i'm waiting for my routine in the post.
This is a one off apparently, we know each other, and so he was willing to help me, and hopefully, doing it like this, it actually spurs me on. SOmetimes my self motivation is low. Please, don't slate this idea, as it's only to help a man loose the llbs!!!!!!

The programme is written & will be inteh post this evening when i can find my 1st class stamps LOL.
this is very tough as im not with HIM to train him, it is just advice given for him to follow. 5 weeks is a very short amount of time i usually say to client we need 8 - 10 weeks! so this has been slashed by half!! I am confident we will see results if he sticks to the programmes & advice given though.
Good luck MATEY!!

Dammnit, you were so close with that guess!!!!
Right guys i'm still on it!!!!
Enjoying every session now, it's great, the whole weights bit is toning me up according to the gfriend and i've lost 8 Llbs now, a straight 12 stone.
But i'm guessing losing that was the easiest bit....now to keep going
working the weights at about 65%of my total possible and that burns i tell the
Only found out the difference between upright rowing and chest press the other day so that was funny!!!!
I forgot to mention before, my Body mass fat was something like 18.7 which is ok, but better to be towards the 15 mark the blokey said.
don't know what it is now.
so on the Westy plan, i've lost 8 Llbs and about 2 cm from my waist!!!
Happy all round!!!
