Personally I wouldn't be spending £200 on an induction kit.

Spend £40-£50 on an aftermarket panel filter and then use the other £150 to get a decent exhaust system.

or buy a second hand induction kit.

i just picked up a nearly new raceland style encosed induction kit with 2 filters and all the hoses/pipes for £60.

then spend 120 on a 4 branch exhaust manifold or a cat back system.

So just panel filter and no induction kit? Does panel filter replace induction kit? Also the exhaust was going to be my ne t question. Will race pipes n manifold be wise for road use? What would u recommened for an exuast system tht wouldnt get me in ttouble by the law. Cheers

Its up to you but with an average induction or panel filter and exhaust you will see a big improvement.

A panel filter will give you more gains than a BMC, personnally I think BMC's are shit.
