Default Help rattely vtr

Hi I got a 99 vtr, its lowered about 60mm all round but has standard shocks on front and rear.. The problem I've got is that it's very rattely and basically feels asthough it's going to fall apart on the ruff roads we have today! I am going to get new wishbones, full powerflex bush kit, rear beam bearings and upgrade the shocks.. Does anyone know if this will solve the problem and feel better to drive? Is there anything else I will need to do? Cheers!

depends what springs you have could be rattely due to te fact that your rides so hard when you go down that low going over small bumps feels like smashing into a curb its just the joys of a lowered car uprated bushes are in a nut shell just more dense bushes to the standards meaning the ride becomes more stiff turning is a bit sharper ect in essence making your ride a bit harder (thats what i think when i fitted them the car was more tought stiffer responded better) but sure other people will comment otherwise haha

Cheers mate, yeh I think il save a bit and do it all at the same time! I've had low cars before and experienced the horrible ride but this thing is unreal ! Its almost as if every nut and bolt on the car is loose lol.. The gearbox is like a granny's vag and the engine doesn't feel as if it's actually held in the car proply! Got a turbo engine to go in once I get all the boostpipes so think il just get my save on and do all bushes, bearings, suspension, ball joints, quickshift and brakes at the same time! These cars are fun to drive but hell of a lot of hassle when it comes to fixing them! Every nut n bolt seems to f**king snap lol! Cheers for the reply
