Default where do you place your axle stands on the rear?

Just wondered where people put the stands when you have the rear of the car in the air, at the moment i'm using the jacking points but i don't really like using them as they seem like they want to bend sometimes. cheers

chassis rails that run parallel to the sides of the car are what i usually use
