Exclamation Help locating parts please??

Hi guys new owner of Y reg (2001) VTS Saxo.

Need to replace a wishbone, and was thinking of fitting new Strut-braces (both upper and lower) to strengthen the turrets as I hit a kerb in the snow and had to weld where the turrets are bolted to the body under the bonnet. I hear the braces will keep the geometry unaltered through hard cornering too

I was looking to see if anyone could recommend good places to buy parts like this?? I will also be looking for a new aftermarket air-filter and brakes if you could help with this too.

Any help will be appreciated guys, thanks.

Aftermarket filter depends if you want to keep standard airbox or not.

Brakes either brakes from 206 GTi or various other Pugs/Citroens or just buy some better discs and pads

Thanks for the speedy reply Baz but I dont have an e-bay account and its not something I'm a fan of. Do you know of of anywhere else that would supply them?

The air-filter is already non-standard but not particularly good or clean either which was how the car was bought.

Where is the best place for discs/pads as only place I know of is Unipart (local motor factors that only issue their own parts) but aren't of a particularly high standard. Rear discs and pads already replaced with their parts but not too impressed but will leave them on to get it through the MOT in a few weeks.

This is my first project car so I'm clueless about where I should be looking for parts

top brace doesn't really do anything, its more engine bling.
the lower one is the one to buy

I may have to raise it again for the bottom one to work as it may catch speed bumps. The specs say as long as its not been lowered by more than 30mm it should clear road obstacles but I bought the car lowered already.

Is there any chains of shops etc anyone knows of that supplies parts such as those mentioned above or is online the way to go about it??
