What width are the wheels? Just roll the arches if you're worried about it scrubbing.

195 45 16 are not going to look stretched on a C2 16", you are going to need wider rims or narrower tyres.

you'll have to go to like 155/??/16 or 165 maybe. I had 155;s on my 13's because theyre the only tyre i had sitting about and you get a little bit of stretch. Didnt rub like my 16's on 195/45/16 anyhow!
Stretch is usually for big wide wheels to stop them scrubbing.

As said you'll need something like a 155 tyre but itll look awful. I didn't realise c2's had plastic inner arches.
For reference im running 195/45/15's on my 8" wide wheels.

What tyres are they..? im also looking to run 195/45's on a 8j and most tyres give a lot more strech than that.

Budget Mohawks. The pic doesn't really show the stretch due to the contrast. But 195 doesn't give a massive stretch tbh, 185 is the poser choice

I'm not really going for the look tbh , and there c2 rims on my vtr , recon ill just chuck lower profiles on when I've made the spacers and see what happens fronts 60mm lowerd and backs 50mm , the front scrubs seriusly bad on full lock make the car shake lol and I don't really wana take inner arches out as end up we all crap in doors n sills .

dont need to go to 35 as you wont stretch a 35 very easy.
155 kills the handling imo.
iv been there and done it haa.
Mine hardly rubbed on full lock; just dont go to full lock?
